Psychology 411 Term Project: Movie Reviews
To demonstrate all the knowledge I have accumulated about autism this semester, I have decided to watch five narrative movies that portray a child with autism. I want to see how accurately Hollywood films depict autism to their audiences, and also to view the interactions the autistic child has with their friends and family members. My goal is evaluate the five movies I choose, and explain how accurately I believe they portray autism and also what I think about the relationships the autistic child has with those close to him. Listed below are the five movies I have chosen to review for my term project:
